I'm Daniel Candrilli, a pastry chef from Turin.
My journey began in culinary school, fueled by curiosity and a relentless passion for desserts. From there, I honed my craft in prestigious hotels around the world, perfecting every detail, every texture, every flavor, always chasing the art of creating beauty on a plate.

But along the way, a personal question challenged me: could vegan pastry ever reach the same heights of elegance, creativity, and emotion as traditional pastry? 

I refused to accept “no” as an answer. I experimented, failed, learned, and tried again, until I discovered that with the right techniques and imagination, vegan desserts can surpass expectations.
